--As an exclusive buyer's broker we can help you in determining the price to offer. (Did you know that if you are dealing with the agent who listed the property, as a seller's agent
he or she CAN NOT legally recommend you offer anything lower than the asking price!!!) This is a great reason to get your own representation with a BUYER BROKER.
We'll do a Comparative Market Analysis on each house to determine if it's priced correctly.
--When you do make an offer it will be taken seriously because you've already
been pre-approved for the loan. (This puts you in a stronger position than someone who makes an offer contingent upon qualifying for a loan). We'll assist you in any negotiations
